Important Information: OpenResa.com mistakenly blocked by SFR Safe Browsing
Juni 2026

Since June 2, 2026, we have noticed that a number of users with an SFR Fiber connection are experiencing difficulties accessing OpenResa.com. Indeed, since that day, SFR has deployed a "Protected Browsing" feature to all its SFR Fiber customers (the 4G/5G mobile network does not seem to be affected).

When attempting to connect to openresa.com, an SFR Protected Browsing blocking page may appear, indicating that our site is linked to a phishing or fraud attempt.

However, our site is not the source of any fraudulent or phishing activity. The information displayed by SFR results from a false positive in their detection system.

We have reported the situation to SFR today so that an analysis can be conducted and the block lifted as soon as possible.

Furthermore, independent analyses conducted by VirusTotal confirm that our site is safe and secure:

Who is affected?

To our knowledge, the issue mainly affects users connected via an SFR Fiber box using the "Protected Browsing" service.

Users connected via other internet providers or via the mobile network are generally not affected.

How to access OpenResa in the meantime?

While waiting for SFR to resolve the issue, several solutions allow you to continue using your OpenResa space normally.

Solution #1: use another network

You can connect to your club:

  • from your smartphone in 4G or 5G;
  • via mobile hotspot sharing;
  • from another non-SFR Wi-Fi network.

Solution #2: replace openresa.com with ballejaune.com

The block currently affects the openresa.com domain name but not ballejaune.com.

You can therefore access your club space by simply replacing the domain in the address.
For example:

  • Usual address:
    https://openresa.com/club/tennisclubdemo
  • Alternative address:
    https://ballejaune.com/club/tennisclubdemo

This method allows you to access exactly the same space and features.

We are closely monitoring the situation

We are in contact with SFR to have this erroneous classification corrected as soon as possible.

We thank you for your understanding and will keep you informed as soon as the situation is resolved.
