User management: a recycle garbage can to archive and restore up to 6 months later!

As of today, deleted users are now moved to the recycle garbage can instead of being permanently deleted. You can restore a user up to 6 months after he has been moved to the recycle garbage can, after this period the user will be permanently deleted from the database.

The recycle garbage can is accessible above the search field in Administration > Users > User management. Once opened you have two buttons to restore or empty the whole recycle garbage can, you can also consult the user records in "read only" mode.

If you want to delete or restore a particular record, click on the user to display his record in "read-only" mode, you can then restore or permanently delete the user using the two buttons at the top left:

Important notes

• A user in the recycle bin can no longer connect and will no longer appear in the lists.
• Moving the user to the recycle garbage can does not delete the user's data (reservations, settings, ID photo). This data is deleted when the user is permanently deleted (manually or automatically after 6 months).
• The users in the recycle garbage can are not counted in your BalleJaune subscription (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM).
• You can add up to 1000 users in the recycle garbage can.
