For clubs using Spartime FacilitAcces®.
We have just corrected a bug in the generation of Spartime FacilitAcces® codes during the booking process monday, December 29th at midnight, until Monday, December 29th at 5pm, the Spartime codes generated by BalleJaune turned out to be wrong when trying to open a door.
A date formatting problem was at the origin of this bug, the generated codes were in fact for 2015, making the codes inoperable.We have just corrected this problem.
If you made a reservation this Monday, December 29th between midnight and 5pm, you will need a new "valid" code to open the door. We therefore invite you to cancel your reservationand then re-book the same time slot. The generated access code will be valid and will allow you to open the door without any problem.
