View the activity overview
The activity overview brings together your organization's key indicators — bookings, cancellations, occupancy, logins, subscriptions, registrations — over the period of your choice, with the variation compared with a reference period.
Choose the period and the comparison
- Go to Administration›Dashboard›Activity Summary.
- Click Period to select a predefined period (day, month, year, etc.) or two custom dates.
- Choose the comparison point with Compare with…: The previous period, or the same period one, two or three years earlier.
Each indicator then displays its variation compared with the reference period: ideal for measuring progress from one season to the next.
Your choice of period, tab and comparison is saved: you will find the same setting on your next visit. The very first time you open it, the overview covers the last 30 days.
Read the Bookings tab
The Bookings tab shows booked and cancelled time slots, the share of bookings made by or for users, the share of bookings with guests and the share of the organization's labels, the occupancy rate, the busiest time slot and calendar, a heat map and a day-by-day annual summary.
Two settings, placed just above the cards, adjust the calculation:
- Per time slot or Per booking: a booking that occupies three time slots counts as three units in the first mode, and as a single one in the second.
- By time slot date or By Creation Date: the figures are filtered on the date of the booked time slot, or on the date on which the booking was recorded.
These two settings answer different questions. To find out how many courts were actually occupied in March, count by time slot and filter by time slot date. To find out how many bookings your users entered during the registration opening week, count by booking and filter by creation date.
If your organization uses kiosk presence check-in or the automatic cancellation of incomplete bookings, dedicated sections appear at the bottom of the tab.
Read the Users tab
The Users tab tracks the organization's audience: logins, active users, new accounts, deleted or suspended accounts, a ranking of the users who log in the most and of those who book the most. It also summarises paid subscriptions, their amount and unpaid subscriptions, as well as online registrations that have been accepted, are pending or have been cancelled.

Two actions complete each card:
- The small at the top right explains exactly what the card measures and how the figure is calculated.
- Clicking on the card reveals its action buttons: History opens the list of the lines concerned, Chart opens the corresponding statistic, and View Details opens the detailed view when the card only offers one.
These buttons pass on the displayed period: you arrive on the list or the graph already filtered, without having to re-select the dates.
