Bulk Actions

Modify several users in a single operation: message, quick edit, credits, cards, suspension, trash. A well-set filter turns an evening of data entry into one click.

Selecting several users

  1. In AdministrationUsersUser Management, refine the list with Filters: subscription, profile, group, age category, status and many other criteria you can combine.
  2. Tick users one by one, or click Select All to take the entire filter result.
  3. Open the Actions menu.
Select All keeps the entire result of the current filter, not only the rows visible on screen. Check the counter shown to the left of the menu before any irreversible action: it is the only place that tells you how many people will actually be modified.

Applying a bulk action

Depending on your permissions, the Actions menu offers:

  • Quick Edit: change the profile, the subscription and its dates, its paid or unpaid status, groups, notifications, presence in the directory, the medical certificate, privacy, or reset passwords — all in one go.
  • Send a Message: write a message to the selected users.
  • Credits: adjust credit counters in bulk.
  • Print Cards: generate personalised cards in PDF format.
  • Delete: move the users to the trash.
  • Suspend and Reactivate: block or reopen access, with an optional reason and notification.
  • Flag: add or remove a visual marker to spot the records still to be handled.
Quick edit is the tool for the start of the season: filter the users whose subscription is about to expire, then enter the new dates and switch them back to unpaid — in a single operation for the whole organization.

For e-mail campaigns with merge fields and deliverability tracking, use the dedicated module instead:

Adjusting credits in bulk

The Credits action handles Booking Credits and Guest Credits separately: each family has its own setting, and you can leave one on Do nothing while you modify the other.

Four operations are available:

  • Add / remove credits: each counter changes from its current balance.
  • Meter Upgrades: sets the same balance for all selected users.
  • Multiply / Divide: converts existing balances, for example when a scale changes.
  • Convert to Guest Credits (or Convert to booking credits): moves a balance from one family to the other.

An optional note accompanies each operation: it appears in the record's history and will save you from having to work out later why an adjustment was made.

When the season changes, use the counter update with 0 to reset all balances to zero in a single operation.

Printing personalised cards

The Print Cards action generates a high-definition PDF in business card format, 85 × 55 mm.

  1. Choose a Theme in your organization's colours.
  2. Under Data to Display, tick what should appear on the card: login and connection address, date of birth, licence number, ranking, subscription name and dates, access code.
  3. Under Options, add the photo, the coloured subscription and profile dots, or the address of your own website.
  4. Choose the Guides and Bleeds according to your printing method, then click Generate Cards.

For office printing, keep None. For a professional printer, choose Lost Funds or Bleed + Crop Marks: the margins and crop marks prevent white edges.

Printing the login and the connection address on the card significantly reduces forgotten password requests at the start of the season.
