Tournoi en simple hommes et femmes
Du mercredi 6 septembre au dimanche 10 septembre
Bienvenue aux nouveaux membres et aux joueurs débutants.
Des informations importantes à prendre en note.
- Les inscriptions seront du 23 août au 2 septembre 12h: la feuille d’inscription sera sur le babillard du club. SVP inclure votre nom au complet, courriel et numéro de téléphone. Aucune inscription par téléphone ou courriel adressée à l’organisatrice;
- Catégories A (4.0 et plus), B (2.5 à 3.5) et C (2.5 et moins);
- Un BBQ sera servi à la fin du tournoi soit le dimanche 10 septembre à 12h30.Il est important de vous inscrire pour le BBQ en ligne ou sur le babillard au plus tard le mercredi 6 septembre 18h.
RÈGLEMENTS
- L’horaire des matchs sera disponible sur le babillard du club le lundi 4 septembre en soirée;
- Chaque joueur se doit de garder son pointage et de l’inscrire sur la feuille de pointage. SVP mettre tous les détails incluant le bris d’égalité;
- VOUS VOUS DEVEZ D’ÊTRE DISPONIBLE POUR TOUTE LA DURÉE DU TOURNOI : MERCREDI, JEUDI ET VENDREDI DE 17H À 20H30 ET LE SAMEDI ET DIMANCHE 9H À 13H .
- En cas de non disponibilité d’un joueur, il perdra par défaut;
- En cas d’un retard de 10 minutes, le joueur n’aura pas de temps de réchauffement;
- Après 15 minutes de retard, le joueur perd par défaut;
- Tout comportement antisportif ou langage abusif entrainera une expulsion du tournoi.
FORMAT
- Le format des parties est le pro 10. 10 premiers jeux par une différence de 2 jeux. Quand les jeux sont à 9-9, il y aura un bris d’égalité de 7 points avec une différence de 2 points;
- Il n’y aura pas de ronde de consolation;
- Pour les demi-finales et la finale, ce sera des 2/3 de sets;
- Les demi-finales se joueront le samedi 9 septembre en matinée (9h) et les finales le dimanche 10 septembre 9h ou 10h;
- Chaque joueur inscrit au tournoi est responsable de vérifier l’horaire du tournoi et de s’assurer d’être à l’heure pour les parties.
Men and Women singles tournament

Here is some info to keep in mind.
- Registration will be from August 23rd until September 2nd at 12pm: signup sheets will be available on the billboard at the club. Please include your full name, email and phone number. No registration by calling or emailing the person in charge;
- Categories A (4.0 or more), B (2.5 to 3.5) and C (2.5 or less);
- A BBQ will be held on Sunday September 10th at 12h30. It is important to register for the BBQ online or on the billboard before Wednesday September 6th at 6pm.
RULES
- The schedule will be available for viewing on the billboard (at the club) as of the evening of Monday September 4th.
- Once you have played your match. Please write it on the score sheet on the board at the club (please give all the details, even the tie-break score);
- YOU HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF THE TOURNAMENT: WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 17H TO 20H30 AND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 9H TO 13H.
- If a player is not available to play, the player loses by default;
- If a player arrives 10 mins late, no warm ups will be allowed;
- If a player is 15 mins late, the player will lose by default;
- Any violent behavior or language will result in the expulsion of the player from the tournament.
FORMAT
- Pro 10 format, first to 10 games by a difference of 2 games. Should there be a tie at 9-9., then a tie breaker of 7 points will determine the winner;
- There will be no consolation rounds;
- As of the semi-finals and final, matches will be best of 3;
- The semis will be on Saturday September 9th at 9am and the finals will be on Sunday September 10th at 9am or 10am;
- Everyone is responsible for checking the draws at the club and ensuring they arrive on time to their match
