Create web pages and photo albums

Enhance your club website with content pages (rules, prices, tennis school, etc.) and photo albums that you can update throughout the season.

Create a web page

  1. Go to AdministrationCustomizeWeb Pages.
  2. Click New Page.
  3. Enter the Page Title and choose an icon.
  4. Write the content (formatted text, images, files, tables).
  5. Click Save.

Each page has its own web address, a view counter, and the same privacy setting as the home page blocks: public, or restricted to certain profiles and subscriptions.

Reorder pages by drag and drop. This order is used in the website navigation menu and in the page menu block on the home page.

A page can also be used as a simple link: enable the Hyperlink option and enter an address. Clicking the page then redirects the visitor to that address (federation website, ticketing, shop, etc.), without displaying any content.

Duplicate an existing page

  1. Open the page you want to copy.
  2. Click the Duplicate button.
  3. Adapt the title and content of the copy.
  4. Save it.

This is the fastest way to create several pages that share the same structure (one page per team, per activity, per season, etc.).

Create a photo album

  1. Go to AdministrationCustomizePhoto Albums.
  2. Click New album.
  3. Name it and choose an icon.
  4. Open the album.
  5. Click Add Photos or drop your files directly into the upload area.

Click a photo to give it a title and a description. The All Photos view brings together all club photos, across all albums, with sorting by recently added, recently modified, or popularity.

Albums are visible on the photos page of the club website. You can also add a Photos block to the home page to highlight the latest images.
