PassPerso: access codes and badges

PassPerso is our long-standing solution, developed with Berry Automatisme and installed in more than 80 clubs. It opens doors and controls lighting and heating, using either a personal access code or a contactless badge.

Understand how it works

A control unit installed at the club stays permanently connected to your account. For each booking, it knows who is allowed to enter and at what times, without any action on your part.

Two identification modes are available, either separately or together:

  • the access code, entered on a keypad at the entrance;
  • the contactless badge, held in front of a reader.

Activate the module and choose the mode

  1. Open AdministrationSettingsAccess Control & Piloting, then More Information on the PassPerso card.
  2. Activate the module.
  3. Tick With Access Codes, With contactless badges, or both.
The module cannot be activated if neither mode is ticked. You must choose at least codes or badges so that the control unit knows what to check.

With access codes, set their length from 4 to 8 digits. The Generate a unique access code for each user option assigns each person their own code, instead of one shared code for the whole club. We recommend this option, because each opening can then be linked to a specific person.

With badges, the club assigns badges to users from their profile.

Monitor the control unit connection

The Connection Status block shows whether the control unit is communicating properly, and how long it has been since the information was last refreshed.

Activate Email Alerts to be notified without having to monitor this screen. Enter up to four addresses, one per line, and the delay after which the alert is triggered, from 5 to 60 minutes of interruption. A second e-mail confirms when the connection is restored.

Set the delay based on the quality of the club’s Internet connection. If it is too short, you will receive alerts for every brief outage. If it is too long, you will be notified late about a real outage.

Clubs affiliated with the French Tennis Federation can send access information to ADOC.

  1. Activate Integration with ADOC (FFT).
  2. Enter the Club Code and Security Key provided by the federation.
  3. For each court, enter its Court Name and Court ID in ADOC, then Add a court for the next row.

Court matching is essential. Without it, access information is sent without knowing which court it should be linked to.

Request a quote

The equipment and installation are specific to each club. The Request a Quote button sends your request to our team, who will review your facilities and support you through to commissioning.
