Activities & Revenue

The sales dashboard shows collected revenue, the breakdown by product and subscription, payment methods, VAT collected, and seasonal trends.

Read the overview

  1. Go to AdministrationDashboardBillingActivities & Revenue.
  2. The Overview tab displays the key indicators for the period: collected revenue, number of payments, average basket, paying customers, new customers, and returning customers.
  3. Also monitor the outstanding amount to be collected (the remaining balance for pending or partially paid orders) and the total amount refunded.

Further down, the view details the revenue breakdown by product category, top products, revenue by subscription, payment methods, VAT collected by rate, and online payment health (breakdown by gateway and conversion rate).

The revenue displayed corresponds to payments actually collected during the period, across all methods — not to orders created.

Filter and compare periods

  1. Choose the period with the Period button: predefined periods or custom dates.
  2. Set Compare with… to display the change compared with the previous period or the same period in past years.
  3. Use the filters to limit the analysis to a billing account or to sales from users with a given subscription.

The Trends tab highlights the seasonality of your payments:

  • An annual summary in calendar form, day by day.
  • A heat map crossing months and days of the week, to identify your recurring activity peaks.

Track promo codes

The Promotional Codes tab measures the effectiveness of your campaigns: number of uses, amount of discounts granted, and revenue generated, with details by code.

Export data

Detailed exports (sales report, PDF invoices, accounting entries) can be downloaded from order tracking, using the filters of your choice.
