Accept payments with HelloAsso
HelloAsso is a payment solution dedicated to French non-profit organizations. Your users pay by card. The funds are then transferred to your organization’s bank account, with no commission charged by HelloAsso.
Prerequisites
Your club must be a French non-profit organization, with a HelloAsso account in its name. Create one if you do not have one yet.
Connect your HelloAsso organization
- Go to Administration›Settings›Billing›Billing Accounts, open the relevant billing account, and open the Payments tab.
- Enable Online Payments and select HelloAsso from the list of payment gateways. If you do not have an account yet, click Create a HelloAsso Account.
- Click Save. The connection button then appears on the page.
- Click Connect my association HelloAsso. A new tab opens to HelloAsso so you can authorize your club to accept payments on behalf of your organization. You do not need to enter any login details. The connection is established automatically and can be revoked at any time from your HelloAsso area.
- Back on this page, the organization appears as connected. Use Test the connection to check that everything is working.

Understanding payment on the user side
When paying, the user chooses Online Payment and is then redirected to a secure HelloAsso payment page to pay by card. A message informs the user that 100% of the payment goes to your organization, and offers the option to leave a voluntary contribution to HelloAsso. This contribution is optional and is never deducted from the amount due to your club.
